This Block series of paintings was created by Tom Pigeon founder, Kirsty Thomas. Inspired by the linear structure of walks by the River Mersey these softer paintings explore texture and transparency and reveal subtle glimpses of pencil markings beneath the surface of the paint.
Block 1 is an acrylic painting on canvas board, signed on reverse, and float-mounted in a solid wood frame with a saw-tooth hanging hook on reverse.
