Buying Guide

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our buying guide should tell you everything you need to know about buying from us but if you have any questions please get in touch.

Christmas Shopping

If you are doing a spot of Christmas shopping, we are happy to accept returns until 1st February 2017. If you need to return your Pigeon products just pop a note in with your parcel with details of your order number and reason for return and we'll do the rest. Please note, earrings can only be returned to us for refund or replacement if they are faulty.

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our site is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Payments are processed using Stripe a secure and trusted online payment gateway. If you want more info on how these handle your data and protect your privacy please see our terms and conditions.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-5 working days. Overseas orders may take slightly longer to arrive so please allow 14-21 days. Occasionally items may take slightly longer but we'll let you know if this is the case. In the unlikely event that an item is unavailable we will contact you immediately and offer you a full refund. 

We pack all of our products carefully to make sure they arrive in great condition. Prints up to A3 size will be sent out flat. Above A3 prints will be rolled and sent out in a postal tube. Postage and Packaging is calculated prior to payment at the checkout and will vary depending on the contents of your order and the delivery destination.

All UK orders are sent 1st class post by Royal Mail. International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Standard.

Please note, international orders may be subject to import duties and/or tax, in such cases these are the responsibility of the buyer.

International Orders

Payment is to be made in British pounds sterling. International credit card providers or banks determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge which you will be liable to pay.

Prices & VAT

All the prices on our site are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT. Where you have requested delivery to a UK or EU address, the price paid for the Product will usually include UK VAT, and UK VAT will be shown on your VAT receipt. VAT is not charged on orders placed outside of the UK and the EU, however the price paid by you for the Products will remain the same as shown on the Website.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available to purchase in the Tom Pigeon shop in denominations of £10, £25, £50 and £100. On placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email plus an email with a link to your personal gift voucher page. This page can be forwarded or printed out as a gift. Please keep this email safe as you will need it to access your gift voucher code and balance.

Gift vouchers have no expiry date and can be used across multiple purchases. Your gift voucher balance can be accessed by clicking on the link in your original email from us. 

If you have any questions about your gift voucher, have lost your code or need to access information about your balance you can email us at help@tompigeon.com.

Returns

We hope you love your Tom Pigeon purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied with it or you have just changed your mind please let us know immediately. We are happy to refund or replace unworn / unused items (except earrings), returned in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of dispatch. Earrings can only be returned to us for refund or replacement if they are faulty. If your order arrives damaged in any way please get in touch with detailed photos so we can resolve the issue.

We will refund outbound shipping costs for any returned items. You will be responsible for your postage costs for returning an item to us, unless that item is faulty. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. If you return something to us we will notify you by email to let you know we have received it. If we approve the refund we’ll aim to refund you within 2 working weeks. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Disclaimer

We have tried to give the best possible representation of our products on the site. Nearly all of our products are made or finished by hand, sometime they may vary slightly from the images shown online and colours may vary. Please check dimensions carefully as the size may not always be clear from the images.
